To secure the date and time of your ceremony, either full payment or a non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required. If your date is secured with a deposit, then the balance of the ceremony fee is to be paid no less one calendar month prior to the date of the ceremony.

Travel Fee 

As we are located north of Brisbane at Cashmere, there may be additional charges for us to travel to your ceremony location :

For interstate & Overseas travel and then overnight accommodation is required as well as flights and other transport necessary. These costs will be at your expense and is required to be paid in advance.

Travel expenses are negotiable depending on your situation.

Refund Policy

The booking fee is non-refundable.

If the ceremony has been paid in full and a notice of cancellation of the ceremony has been provided more than 30 days prior to the date of the ceremony, then a full refund will be made less the booking fee.

If less than 30 days notice of cancellation is provided, then there will be no refunds.

ü Printed scripts for the ceremony participants

ü Rehearsal if required

ü Decorated signing table to your taste, two chairs and amplification equipment if required

ü Professional delivery of your ceremony

ü Presentation folder of your ceremony

ü Lodgement of all legal paperwork

ü A "Keepsake" printed copy of your wedding certificate

Total fee for the above services $ 650.00

Finally

Ø All ceremony fees include the non-refundable booking fee

Ø Your ceremony date and time is secured only on receipt of the booking fee or payment made in full

Ø Fees are subject to change without notice. Fee changes do not apply to clients who have paid their booking fee or fee in full

Ø Music during the ceremony is your responsibility. Copywrite laws apply to music if you intend to record the ceremony

Ø For your convenience you are welcome to utilise the PA system which is CD and MP3 compatible

Ø You will need to provide no less than 1 months notice before the date of your ceremony to avail yourself of the equipment if required

Ø Booking of PA system is subject to availability

Ø If the full payment is not received within one calendar month prior to the ceremony date, we reserve the right to withdraw from our obligation to perform the ceremony
